- Eligibility:
- Entry is free and open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over at date of entry.
- One entry per recipient who can be an adult or child but must be a UK resident. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
- Occupational Therapists and other professionals can also enter but the prize must be for a nominated family (who have given permission for future publicity as per these T & Cs).
- The UrZone prize must be for permanent daily use and not just for travel.
- The prize winner agrees to follow-up publicity, including for social media use.

- To enter for free, you may:
- Complete the official entry form on this page; OR
- Send a stamped entry to address above for Promoter (with your full name, email address, telephone number, town & postcode, answer to ‘why do you need a UrZone safety bed? What would it mean to you if you won?”, and agree to the T&Cs to the competition which are written here.
- To enter, tell us “Why do you need a UrZone safety bed? What would it mean to you if you won?”
- Entries must be received by 11.59pm on 28th November, 2025.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries, lost, delayed or damaged in the post or online.
- The Prize:
- One winner will receive:
- UrZone standard package Extended Access model, clear panel and UrKool System. The UrZone can be blue, black or purple – choice is for the winner to decide.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
- Winner Selection & Notification:
- The winner will be selected at random by an independent judge on 2nd December, 2025.
- The winner will be notified by phone and email within 24 hours of the draw.
- If the winner does not respond within 5 days with their acceptance of the prize and agreement to future publicity, the prize will be redrawn.
- Data Protection:
- Personal data will only be used to administer the prize draw.

- You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.
- General:
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw if circumstances arise outside its control.
- The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- This prize draw is not a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005 as entry is free and no payment is required.
- These terms are governed by Scots Law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
